How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders ship free to mainland Portugal. No minimum order value required.
Can I track my order?
When tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.
Do you ship to other countries?
Currently, our primary shipping destination is Portugal. Please contact us if you are located elsewhere and we will do our best to assist you.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

How do I return a product?
Simply contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we will guide you through the process.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement.

Are JetClean products rechargeable?
Yes. The X8 Turbo Jet, GlassVac and SpinScrub are all rechargeable via the included charging cable.

Each product includes the main unit, a charging cable, and accessories as described on the product page. Please check each product listing for the full contents.
Are the products suitable for use in the EU?
Yes. JetClean Tech products are sold through our store for use in Portugal and the EU.
