🔄 30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
✅ Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition, unused and unassembled
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
📬 How to Return an Item
- Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
